Hi. I'm Eugene. 

I'm a personal fitness trainer from NYC, USA. People usually come to me for two big reasons: they feel like crap or they don't like the way they look any more. They're confused by the barrage of online exercise programs aggressively seeking a profit from their pain. There's so much confusion, and that's because we're al built differently. Everyone needs a custom approach to achieve their physical goals. 

This is why I created a completely different program called SOMA STATE. This program is a result of over 20 years of professional work with people just like you who simply want to look better, feel better and live better. The key is to understand how your body works and how it changes over time. This is what SOMA STATE will teach you, and I'll be your personal guide.

You CAN change. It CAN happen from home with no equipment. I know this because I've seen it time and time again. No matter what your body has been through thus far, your SOMA STATE— your best self— is yet to come.
